Seven members of Colorado River Indian Tribes killed in crash

Seven members, including five children, of the Colorado River Indian Tribes were killed in a crash in Arizona.

A woman, her daughter and five children were killed when their van was hit by a semi-truck on Sunday morning. Their car burst into flames after rolling into a ditch off of Interstate 10.

"This has to be one of the saddest I've seen," said Officer Carrick Cook of the Arizona Department of Public Safety told azfamily.com.

A husband and wife who were in the semi-truck were airlifted to a hospital.
