U.S. Border Patrol agents discovered several rare pots on federal land near the Tohono O'odham Nation in Arizona.
The reddish-brown pots were found intact and were well preserved. They were likely used to store food and water.
"This is a one of a kind, for sure, these pots," a Border Patrol spokesperson told The Arizona Republic.
The pots, which were found in the Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, have yet to be dated.
