The
Seminole Nation has agreed to acquire the historic Grisso Mansion for an undisclosed price, The Oklahoman reports.
The tribe is looking to use the 12,000-square-foot home and 12-acre estate as a tourist attraction and economic development venture. It's the most famous landmark in Seminole, the paper said.
The property was to be auctioned today but the tribe and its owners reached a purchase agreement.
