Ex-tribal officer accused of harboring fugitives in North Dakota

A former police officer for the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation of North Dakota has been charged with harboring fugitives.

Federal authorities say Jessica Folden allowed two men who escaped from the Gerald Tex Fox Justice Center to enter her home. She allegedly lied about the men's whereabouts but eventually let officers inside.

Jake White Body and Brandon Young Wolf escaped from the detention facility on Saturday. They were found at Folden's home.
