Crow Reservation man pleads guilty for drunken driving case

A man from the Crow Reservation in Montana pleaded guilty in a drunken driving case.

Gary Jackson Hugs Jr., 21, admitted that he crashed a car into a residence on the reservation, resulting in serious injuries to his passenger. He left the scene and was later found with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, or more than twice the legal limit.

Hugs pleaded guilty to assault resulting in serious injury. The incident occurred last June.
