Saginaw Chippewa Tribe reports results of council election

The Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of
Michigan elected council representatives on Tuesday.
Out of field of 20 candidates, 10 representatives for District 1 were elected. They include four newcomers and three incumbents.
The incumbent for District 2 was re-elected as was the incumbent for District 3.
All will serve two-year terms on the council.
