Santee Sioux man punished for fatal crash on the reservation

A member of the Santee Sioux Tribe of Nebraska was sentenced to 37 months in prison in connection with a fatal accident on the reservation.

Mark Henry, 21, was intoxicated when he lost control of his vehicle in March of this year. Two of his passengers, who were tribal members, were killed.

Henry pleaded guilty to motor vehicle homicide and drunken driving.
