A 19-year-old woman was sentenced to 30 days in connection with the death of a pedestrian on the
Coeur d'Alene Reservation in
Idaho.
Andrea George pleaded guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter. She admitted she struck and killed Patrick Gourneau, 22, in April 2010.
George and Gourneau were friends. She was on her way to pick him when she ran into him.
George's blood alcohol level was 0.15 percent.
