The Confederated Salish and Kootenai
Tribes of Montana won't file charges against a landowner who shot and killed a grizzly bear.
Authorities said the shooting was justified. The bear was threatening chickens and property.
The tribe will be offering a free class on electric fencing next month to deter bears from approaching property.
