Tribe in Paraguay to hold democratic election for first time

A small tribe in Paraguay will hold a democratic election for the first time.

The leader of the Maka Tribe normally passes on his leadership to a male heir. Chief Andres Chemhei has three daughters, but no son, so the tribe will vote for his successor.
