Members of Hopi Tribe rejects proposed changes to constitution

The Hopi Tribe of Arizona won't be changing its constitution.
Tribal members went to the polls on Thursday and voted 656 to 410 against a new constitution that would have created four branches of government.
The tribe adopted its constitution in 1936.
