The Interior Department will once again host the White House Tribal Nations Conference.
The summit takes place on December 16, inside the Sydney Yates Auditorium at the main DOI building in Washington, D.C.
Every federally recognized tribe is invited to send one representative.
During his campaign, President Barack Obama vowed to meet yearly with tribes.
