Members of the Chippewa Cree Tribe of Montana elected four council members on Tuesday.
Incumbents Ricky Morsette and Harlan Gopher Baker kept their seats on the council. Challengers Gerald Small, who won the most votes of any candidate, and Ted E. Whitford Sr., also were elected.
Jonathan Windy Boy, the incumbent vice chairman who also serves as a state senator, was not re-elected to the council.
