Calista Corp. has been added as a defendant in a sexual harassment lawsuit.
Emily Davenport, 28, served as president of a Calista subsidiary. She claims former CEO Matthew Nicolai, 57, started to harass her after she ended a relationship with him.
Davenport claims other executives knew about Nicolai's behaviors. She said she was terminated after she raised her complaint.
