The Bureau of Indian Affairs is set to make a decision on the Cayuga Nation land-into-trust application.
The BIA has finalized the environmental impact statement for the application. The proposed action is to acquire the tribe's 125 acres in trust.
Public comments are being accepted until November 22. The BIA will publish a record of decision sometime after that.
