Matthew Nicolai, the longtime chief executive officer of Calista Corp., was fired after being sued for sexual harassment.
Nicolai, 57, reportedly began a relationship with Emily Davenport, 28, who serves as president of a Calista subsidiary. Davenport claims Nicolai started to harass her after she ended the relationship.
The Calista board commissioned an investigation in response to the lawsuit. The results won't be released to the public, a spokesperson said.
Andrew Guy, 48, the company's longtime executive vice president and general counsel, will serve as the new president and CEO.
