The Spirit Lake Dakotah Nation of North Dakota has filed a lawsuit over the lack of polling sites on the reservation.
The tribe says Benson County's decision will hurt Indian voting rights. The tribe offered to help pay the cost of keeping the polling sites open for the November 2 election.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court.
