Jackie Johnson-Pata, the executive director of the National Congress of American Indians, spoke at the One Nation rally in Washington, D.C,. this past Saturday.
"I stand here today to represent the 565 tribes across this nation," Johnson-Pata said. "As tribal nations coming together within this nation, with One Nation, we create our union and our strength. Our strength is your strength."
Johnson-Pata appeared at the Lincoln Memorial with Mary Kay Henry, the president of the Service Employees International Union. Their remarks start at about 54 minutes into the video feed.
