Two leaders of the Colorado River Indian Tribes are facing recall efforts and for one of them, it's his third time on the block.
Dennis Welsh Jr., who serves as treasurer, has been a constant target of critics. After facing two recalls by Vinton Tahbo, Tina Evans is circulating a petition to oust him.
But Tahbo isn't sitting by quietly. He started a petition to recall Merving Scott Jr., another council member.
Tahbo and Evans have about a month to gather enough signatures for the recall.
