A second man was sentenced for the death of a 19-year-old on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming.
Mark James Sonnip, 21, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in connection with the July 2009 death of Shyrone Brown.
Sonnip, a member of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of Idaho, was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Trey Jay Tillman, 17, previously pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and assault resulting in serious bodily injury. He was sentenced to 15 years.
The Wind River Reservation is home to the Eastern Shoshone Tribe
and the Northern Arapaho
Tribe.
