A second-degree murder charge has been laid against the brother of a 13-year-old girl who was killed on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming.
Robert Spoonhunter, 21, already faced charges of assault resulting in serious bodily injury. He allegedly threw his sister against a weight bench. She was found dead on April 7.
Kyeren Tillman, 19, has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor in connection with the incident.
The reservation is home to the Eastern Shoshone Tribe
and the Northern Arapaho
Tribe.
