Darin Seth Oleyte, a 20-year-old member of the Crow Tribe of Montana, was sentenced to 26 months in federal prison for sexual abuse of a minor.
Oleyte admitted he had sex with a 14-year-old girl who was intoxicated. The incident occurred on the reservation last July when Oleyte was home from attending Montana State University in Bozeman.
Oleyte was sentenced on the low end of federal guidelines. He will reportedly receive alcohol treatment in prison.
