Rod McCoy, a member of the Spokane Tribe of Washington, remains in jail on a sexual assault charge.
McCoy, 42, the director of the tribe's youth center, allegedly abused a teenage boy at a party at his home on the reservation on March 2. Alcohol was reportedly involved.
Judge Cynthia Imbrogno ordered McCoy to remain in jail to undergo an alcohol assessment.
