Rod McCoy, a member of the Spokane Tribe of Washington, has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor.
McCoy, 42, the director of the tribe's youth center, allegedly abused a teenage boy at a party at his home on the reservation on March 2. Alcohol was reportedly involved.
The 16-year-old boy disclosed the incident while in custody at a juvenile detention center off the reservation.
