A donation from the Hannahville Indian Community, a Potawatomi Tribe in Wisconsin. will help keep swimmer safe at the beach in Gladstone.
The tribe donated $20,000 to the city. The money will pay for two lifeguards and a third on a rotating basis.
Without the tribe's donation, the city wouldn't have been able to put any lifeguards on duty at teh beach.
