Cloverdale Rancheria not connected to Indian smokeshop
The Cloverdale Rancheria of Pomo Indians is not connected to a controversial smoke shop that the state of California says is selling illegal cigarettes. Native Tobacco 101 is located on Indian allotment that used to be part of the Cloverdale Rancheria. But it's not on land owned by the tribe and the business is not working with the tribe. The state attorney general's office says the shop is selling cigarettes without proper tax stamps. Get the Story:
