The Suquamish Tribe of Washington paid $4.65 million for a golf course and land, far below the assessed value, The Kitsap Sun reports. The White Horse Golf Course and 159 undeveloped housing lots were valued at $7.55 million in 2010. In 2009, the property was valued at $16.06 million.
