Three men have been indicted on federal hate crimes charges for attacking a Navajo Nation man in New Mexico.
Paul Beebe, 27, William Hatch, 29, and Jesse Sanford, 25, are accused of singing out 22-year-old Vincent Kee based on his race.
The men allegedly branded a swastika on Kee's arm, shaved a swastika into the back of his head and wrote "White Power" and other remarks on his body.
The three men have already been charged in state court for the April 30 attack, which took place in Farmington, off the reservation.
State prosecutors have already indicated they also will pursue hate crimes charges.
