Some members of the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara
Nation of North Dakota have filed a challenge to the tribe's recent election.
The group is alleging irregularities in the vote. Among other claims, they say non-tribal members or former tribal members may have voted.
Tex Hall won the chairman's position in the November 2 election. He defeated incumbent Marcus Levings.
