Members of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians in North Dakota have nearly an entirely new tribal council.
Voters elected a new chairman, Merle St. Claire, and seven new council members. The eighth council member, Cindy Malaterre, was the only incumbent who made it through.
