A man from Jemez Pueblo in New Mexico has been charged with first-degree murder.
Lucas Michael Ray Steven Toledo, 22, is accused of stabbing and beating Matthew Panana, 21. Authorities say Toledo used his hands to disembowel Panana early Wednesday morning.
Toledo is appearing in federal court today.
