Ramona Two Shields, a member of the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation, is representing tribal interests at the North Dakota Silver Haired Legislative Assembly. Two Shields, 68, is the first tribal representative at the Assembly in several years, The Bismarck Tribune reported. will help the 2011 North Dakota State Legislature address senior issues at the three-day forum this week.
