The Forest County Potawatomi Tribe of Wisconsin plans a $29 million development in Milwaukee.
The land will be used for tribal offices, a cultural center, an indoor recreational building and officers for other businesses. The tribe also plans to renovate a high school on the property and restore other historic buildings.
The tribe bought the land in 1990, the former site of Concordia College. The land is about a mile from the tribe's casino in Milwaukee.
