Two charged for rape and murder of Navajo Nation woman
Two men have been charged in connection with the rape and murder of a Navajo Nation woman. Marvin Williams, 36, and Herman Tsosie, 33, are accused of attacking and raping the 55-year-old woman in Farmington, New Mexico. The woman died after she was taken to an area hospital. Williams has been charged with an open count of murder, criminal sexual penetration, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit kidnapping and conspiracy to commit criminal sexual penetration. Authorities say he was the primary attacker. Tsosie has been charged with criminal sexual penetration, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit kidnapping and conspiracy to commit criminal sexual penetration. He also faces a criminal trespassing charge. Authorities are seeking a third man in connection with the incident. Get the Story:
