Smoke shops on Agua Caliente land close for business
Four smoke shops that were operating on the Agua Caliente Reservation in California have closed for business, The Palm Springs Desert Sun reports. Black Hawk Tobacco Shop Inc. was selling tobacco in violation of tribal law, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians said. State officials also said the shop was violating state law. The tribe says three other businesses are selling cigarettes in violation of tribal law. Get the Story:
