Members of the Tule River Tribe of California went to the polls on Saturday to choose four council members. Ryan Garfield and Nacho James Diaz were re-elected to the council. Newcomers Buck Carothers and Willie J. Carrillo Sr. were also elected. After the council was seated, Garfield was chosen as chair. The council has nine members. Get the Story:
