The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians reached a deal to supply water to its golf course in Palm Springs, California.
The tribe entered into a contract with the Desert Water Agency to use recycled water at the Indian Canyons North Golf Course.
The deal will reportedly save 1,000 acre-feet of water per year.
The tribe hopes to start using recycled water at the course by mid-2010.
