NMAI hosts holiday art market in DC and New York
The National Museum of the American Indian is hosting the annual Holiday Art Market this weekend.
Over 60 Native artists will be showcasing their works at the NMAI in Washington, D.C., and the George Gustav Heye Center in New York City.
Participants include Kickapoo potter Pahponee and Hopi kachina carver Gerry Quotskuyva in DC; and Santa Clara Pueblo potter Jody Naranjo and Navajo jewelry Cody Sanderson in New York.
The market takes place this Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free.
