The Pueblo of San Felipe is seeking an Executive Director for the San Felipe Regulatory Gaming Commission.
The position reports to Gaming Commissioners and accomplishes Gaming Commission’s objectives through planning, organizing, directing, and delegating functions required to regulate casino gaming operations. Ensures all gaming activities are conducted in acordance with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, National Indian Gaming Commission, San Felipe Gaming Ordinance and Commission, and Tribal, State, and other applicable laws.
Must have knowledge of applicable laws, regulations related to gaming operations, analytical and statistical compliation skills, budgets, organizational management, communications, and superior human relations skills as applicable to cultural diversity.
Minimum qualifications include: BSBA or Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field plus ten years of “Indian Gaming” or regulatory experience including three years at a senior management level.
