A man from the Crow Reservation in Montana appeared in state court on charges that he broke into a woman's home and ate some of her cookies
Ronald Dean LaForge Jr., 27, pleaded not guilty to felony charges of burglary and criminal mischief and misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass to a vehicle and resisting arrest. He remains in jail on a $15,000 bond.
Police in Billings said LaForge broke into a vehicle, then entered a woman's home in the early morning hours of September 6. He was tasered after he allegedly failed to respond to officers' commands.
LaForge has competed in boxing events and describes himself as a "fighter" on his Myspace page.
