The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians started a holding company for three of its construction businesses.

Choctaw Construction Group, Inc. will oversee IKBI, Inc., Choctaw Electrical, Inc. and Choctaw Design and Construction, Inc.

IKBI, a general contracting firm, was established in 2004 and has performed work in the government and private sector.

Choctaw Electrical, a new venture, is the tribe's first electrical company.

Choctaw Design & Construction provides design-build, civil construction and general construction services.
