Three men are being held in connection with a homicide on the Yakama Reservation in Washington.
Daniel Simmons, 42, was fatally beaten on Sunday night. He was a member of the Quinault Nation.
Three men, ages 32, 34 and 19, were arrested on a second-degree murder investigation.
All three are reportedly Native American but the assault reportedly took place on a county road and not on Indian land.
