The Occupational Safety and Health
Administration has once again returned to Connecticut to investigate another incident at a Mohegan Tribe work site.
The unidentified ironworker fell at the tribe's administration building. He remained hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
In May, OSHA began an investigation of an incident that led to the death of a construction worker at the same site. Findings haven't been released.
