Lance Morgan, the chief executive officer of Ho-Chunk Inc, gave an interview to Federal News Radio about American Indian and Alaska Native contracting.
Morgan, a member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, has led HCI since its inception. The tribe formed the corporation to create economic development on the reservation and to pursue business opportunities.
HCI is a tribal corporation, not an Alaska Native corporation.
