The Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the death of a construction worker.
Dick Blake, 59, was working on a tribal building when he fell. The tribe said he later died at a hospital, according to news reports.
The tribe halted work of its Government and Community Center due to the economy. Blake was helping secure the site until construction restarted.
