A 13-month-old girl died Saturday in foster care on the Samson Cree Nation in Alberta.
The girl died of pneumonia. Her grandmother said her foster parents weren't taking care of her properly.
"Someone else should have been checking up on her," the grandmother told The Edmonton Journal.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said there is no reason to suspect foul play.
