Tim Giago is coming out of retirement to publish a new weekly newspaper, starting April 1.
The Native Sun News will be published in Rapid City, South Dakota. Giago said it will focus on national and local Indian issues but will also include a good dose of Indian humor.
Giago created and published The Lakota Times, which became Indian Country Today, the largest Indian newspaper. The Oneida Nation tof New York currently owns the paper.
