Sen. Byron Dorgan (D-North Dakota) and Sen. John McCain (R-Arizona) introduced a bill to create a Senate select committee that will examine the nation's economic crisis.
As leaders on the Senate Indian Affairs
Committee, Dorgan and McCain investigated corrupt lobbyist Jack Abramoff. They want to do the same for the economic crisis.
Dorgan currently serves as chairman of the Indian committee. McCain served as chairman twice in the past.
