Another former Capitol Hill has been linked to the ongoing Jack Abramoff investigation.
Fraser Verrusio, a former aide to Rep. Don Young (R-Alaska) on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, allegedly accepted an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2003 World Series from Abramoff associates. The trip has already led to three guilty pleas.
Verrusio is the second Young staffer to be linked to the probe. The Republican leadership forced Young out of his leadership role on the House Natural
Resources Committee due to the cloud around his name.
