An autopsy has failed to determine conclusively the cause of death for a two-year-old boy from the Blackfeet Nation of
Montana.
The autopsy of James Many White Horses found several signs of skeletal injuries, including a skull fracture. But a state medical examiner couldn't say how the boy died.
Summer Many White Horses, the boy's mother, faces trial on deliberate homicide and other charges. She pleaded not guilty.
